In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ckt444 website accessible at ckt444.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of all real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds, free bet credits, and any promotional balances subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, free bet credits, or deposit-match amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which applies to all time-sensitive provisions within these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on ckt444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times your Account remains active.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are registering only one Account and have not previously held an Account that was suspended or terminated by ckt444 for any reason.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of ckt444 or any of its game providers.
• You acknowledge and accept that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction. ckt444 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any specific location. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ckt444 complies with applicable local laws.

During registration and at any subsequent point, ckt444 may require you to submit identity documents including (but not limited to) a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, alongside proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure.

ckt444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. ckt444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ckt444 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals under normal conditions; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) Bangladesh Standard business days. ckt444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawals that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any rolling 30-day period.

Prohibited transactions: Deposits from third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, prepaid cards not registered in the Player's name, or any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder are strictly prohibited. Any funds received via a prohibited payment method will be reversed to the originating account and may result in account suspension.

ckt444 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for welcome bonus treatment.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit-match bonuses are 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless stated differently on the specific promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and crash games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute between 25% and 100% depending on the odds of the selection.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements are not completed within that period.
• ckt444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, risk-free hedging strategies, and the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple offers — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All sports betting markets on ckt444 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. The following general provisions apply across all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Prices are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error that displays manifestly incorrect odds (e.g., odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price), ckt444 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Cricket bets placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh Tigers are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC). Rain-interrupted matches follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ckt444's discretion. Bets confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the bet itself is subject to a void condition.
• Casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are governed by each provider's certified random number generator (RNG). ckt444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (this list is non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Participation in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or any scheme designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, or algorithmic betting systems not expressly authorised by ckt444.
• Engagement in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ckt444 staff or other players.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with a payment provider without first raising the matter with ckt444 support.

Upon termination, any verified real-money Player Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not cleared applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) Bangladesh Standard business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on ckt444.app — including but not limited to the ckt444 brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, text, data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of ckt444 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Strictly prohibited without express written authorisation: reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, extracting game assets, scraping market data, or creating derivative works from any part of the ckt444 Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckt444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, third-party network outages, or force majeure events.
• Loss of winnings, data, or Account access arising from circumstances beyond ckt444's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on information, odds, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Losses sustained as a result of a Player's gambling activity, including but not limited to sports betting losses, casino game losses, and crash game losses.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, ckt444's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ckt444 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration, verification, and platform use in accordance with the ckt444 Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

ckt444 implements SSL (TLS) encryption on all data transmissions between the Player's device and the Platform servers. Player financial data is stored in encrypted form and is never shared with third parties except where required for payment processing, fraud prevention, age verification, or compliance with a lawful request from a relevant authority.

ckt444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage or via the registered contact details on the Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your verified Player Balance.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page always reflect the currently operative Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

ckt444 commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and in good faith. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal support process, the Player may escalate the matter in writing, detailing the full history of the dispute, for review by senior management.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ckt444 is operated. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
